Client Registration

Self-Registration

Your pantry clients can register as soon as they open the app! Clients can register with their own email and password by clicking the “Register” button on the main landing page.


Depending on your configured options, self-registered clients may have to verify their phone number or email address, or require manual approval.

Invite Registration

Pantries can add clients manually (or they may be synced with your CRM) - when an email address is added to the client's record, they will be sent an invitation to register and access their account.


If automatic invitations are disabled, you can click the "Invite User" button when viewing a client record without a preferred email address set.

Pre-Registration

Available in version 2.20+


Pantries can register clients in-person and share a QR code to complete account setup in the app. This is ideal if document verification is required or to offer an express option.
